RECYCLED ART COLLAGE DESIGN CONTEST!
Adults, children, customers, vendors: submit a simple outline for the design. Entries will be posted at the Palatine market and the public vote on the final design. Winners announced at the end of January! Use your own recycled scratch paper or pick up a design entry form at the front desk. Final product will be approximately 3' x 2' and mounted on plywood.
